Pkmn - Dog Paddle

So, I've never really drawn too many Pokemon. I've just had art of Pikachu, Jigglypuff, and Mew. One of the new groups I've joined, , has a weekly Draw Me a Pokemon contest, and this week's was Vaporeon. I've always liked the look of the Eeveelutions, so I thought I'd give it a go. Eevee and its evolutions remind me of foxes, so I thought Vaporeon would be dog paddling in the water. It doesn't always have to dissolve in water... =3

Drawn in two days completely in OpenCanvas, but I had to use Photoshop Elements 6 to save it at high enough quality. Getting more used to making sketches with my tablet! I liked making the water effects!
